Biography:
Mr. Gregory was educated in the public schools in the former De La Warr School District in New Castle, Delaware. He attended the University of Delaware in Newark where he majored in political science and played football for the Fightin’ Blue Hens. Mr. Gregory earned his Juris Doctor degree from Villanova School of Law.
Upon graduation from law school he was employed as a staff attorney with the UAW Legal Services Plan and later was promoted to Supervising Attorney of the Newark, DE office.
Mr. Gregory is a former Deputy Attorney General of the Delaware Department of Justice. While at the Department of Justice, he represented the Division of Revenue and several administrative boards.
Mr. Gregory is a former member of the Tax Appeals Board of the State of Delaware. He is also former Vice- President of the Board of Trustees of The Independence School (Newark) and former member of the Board of Trustees of Tower Hill School ( Wilmington).
